Here is how I would have created 1 monthly action plan for watching the above video.
Week One
A week of taking notes. I would have given 1 hour each to talk number 1 (How to get Rich? by Naval Ravikant). This would be the first task of my day and I would have sat with a book and a pen to take some notes. This will be concluded on day 3 of the first week. I would have gone for another two days with this talk number 2 (The infinite game by Simon Sinek). The points that look good for me I will tweet about it.

Week Two
This whole week again is about taking notes. I would have picked talk number 3 (Atomic Habits by James Clear) and sat with a book and a pen. I would have spent 1 hour each for the first two days of the week. On day 3 I would have taken a break day. On days 4 and 5 I would have spent 1 hour each on talk number 4 (Turn Passion Into Profit by Chris Do). By the end of the week, I would have got a lot of notes and ideas.
I think tweeting ideas is an interesting way to engage with people with like-minded.

Week Three
After sitting at home or office and taking notes. It’s time to go for a walk. If you have lucky to have access to the sea, hills, woods, big parks listen to them with nature. I will listen to talk number 5 (Doing the Enough Thing by Jason Fried) on day one. Day 2 will be a break day. On day 3 I will listen to talk number 6 (Principles by Ray Dalio). Day 4 will be a break day. On day 5 I will listen to talk number 7 (Slow Productivity by Cal Newport)
Week Four
This week is trying something new and out of your comfort zone. It can be a free public place. A museum, a historic building, a sports complex, a business centre etc. Pick a place that is something you often don’t visit. Day 1 and Day 2 I will listen to talk number 8 (How to do work that matters? by Seth Godin) for 35 minutes each day. Day 3 I will listen to talk number 9 (Essential by The Minimalists). Day 4 and Day 5 I will listen to talk number 10 (Influence by Robert Cialdini) for 55 minutes each day.
That would be the end of the month. If you really liked the idea I request you to click the tweet button below so that I know I reached you.
I liked this plan of listening to these 10 talks.
